Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Remote Assistant fluent in English to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks and must be available to work during U.S. time zones.

Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support and manage tasks as assigned.

* Coordinate and communicate with U.S. clients via video calls.

* Assist in basic software development tasks, as needed.

Qualifications:

* Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a must.

* Availability to work during U.S. time zones.

* Basic software development skills are preferred.

* Strong communication and organizational skills.

* Experience with video conferencing tools.

Compensation:

1. Salary Range: The salary range for the position is between $500 to $1,000 USD.

2. Salary Determination: Salary is based on the projects the candidate and I will work on together. Candidates with strong English conversational skills and solid software development knowledge will receive higher salaries.

3. Bonus Opportunity: During the first month of employment, a bonus will be provided to the candidate.
